Q: Do I have to sign a contract to commit to a certain service package or number of hours?

A: Unlike other providers, BeWell does not require a service package or hour commitment. BeWell services are designed to be flexible to meet the changing needs of clients.

Q: Is there a minimum number of hours required for service?

A: In most cases, only a two (2) hour minimum is required for service.

Q: How do you screen your employees? Are they insured?

A: BeWell performs extensive background checks on all caregivers through SLED, the Department of Motor Vehicles, Federal Sex Offenders Registry and EVerify. All caregivers are screened for drugs and are covered by BeWell’s liability and worker’s compensation insurance.

Q: Who pays for non-medical homecare?

A: BeWell accepts private payments; Alzheimer’s Respite Care Vouchers and is a contracted Community Long Term Care (CLTC) provider. Services may be covered by private or long term care insurance.
