Our Hiring Process
We’re happy that you are considering joining our team. Your acceptance of our conditional offer of employment starts the pre-employment process. This process can take up to ten days.
The Pre-Employment Process has the following steps:
- Pre-Employment Physical
- Drug Screening
- Two-Step PPD Test (Tuberculin Skin Test)
- Background Report
o Employment History Verification
o Verification of all applicable licenses
o Criminal Record
Once you have successfully completed all steps of the Pre-Employment Process, you will be scheduled for New Hire Orientation by the Human Resources Department. The New Hire Orientation may vary in length for different departments. Plan on the New Hire Orientation being anywhere from 3 hours to all day. During the New Hire Orientation you will need to bring important documents, such as your driver’s license and other forms of identification.
Once you have completed the New Hire Orientation, you will then be scheduled for your departmental orientation. If you have any questions during this process, do not hesitate to contact the Human Resources Department at your community or program.
